Looking quite angelic here 😇 That was not the case yesterday though! Going to be a long year with this Crocodale!! All I can say is wow! This one is a growl then bite kind of guy. Not sure the growl is necessarily a bad thing it does let me know a bite is coming. Especially since he bites me and my husband in the face 😑 I know Airedale’s are quite talkative but this feels more agressive. Also bites our almost 3 year old Airedale relentlessly. She tries to teach him manners (she is VERY gentle but loudly protests) Last night he bit her inside her cheek and would NOT let go. I did intervene but maybe should not have? My girl Zoey was a biter but this is my first time with 2 dogs under one roof. I hold his mouth shut and say no bite in my growly voice. When they play together and it gets too escalated I distract with doing sit, down, stand then treats and if it is still too aggressive I separate them. Will they work through this? Any thoughts fellow Dale lovers? TIA – so glad I have this page to come to this time around! 🐊💙🐊 [x]
